24 Hour Cancellation Policy Fee: A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in our therapists’ days that could have been filled by another patient, leaving them with lost income. As such, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments. For patients who provide less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation or change, the appointment will be charged in full to the credit card on file.

Address: 409 Granville Street Unit #651. We are located on the corner of Granville and Hastings. For patients who plan to come by car, please be advised that the building itself does not have parking but there are parades and street parking nearby.

After Hours 6PM Weekdays and Saturdays: Please dial #0651 on the intercom and, after access is granted, please wait in the lobby inside the building and the front desk will come to meet you.
